AGB believes that consistent regular music lessons with dedicated staff and students encourages and facilitates an optimal learning environment.
Each student is paying for a specific time slot in a teacher’s schedule and it may not always be feasible for teachers to fit in make-up lessons within their busy schedules.
If a teacher has to miss a lesson, the student will be owed a make-up lesson or alternatively have a credit applied to their account at a future mutually agreed upon time.
AGB Music does not give make-up lessons in general. However, if you have to miss a lesson due to illness or a family emergency, we are more than happy to work with you to reschedule your lesson time for another time.
Please give at least a 24 hour notice when cancelling a lesson. No credit/or make up lesson will be given for notifications less than 24 hours.
